Glenn Nahmias
President
Glenn joined Metropolitan Adjustment Bureau in September 1993 after graduating from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. He is a former President of CAPIA (California Association of Public Insurance Adjusters) and a member of NAPIA. Glenn is licensed in 11 states and maintains impeccable relations with insurance company adjusters, making it easier to reach favorable settlements quickly.
Nate Nahmias
Vice President
Nate has been a licensed public adjuster since 1956 and was associated with New York Public Adjusting Firms until 1972. At that time he formed Metropolitan Adjustment Bureau in Los Angeles. With over half a century of experience, he brings thorough and comprehensive knowledge of insurance loss adjusting. His specialties include large loss insurance claims focusing in commercial and residential claims, building and contents, loss of income, and business interruption calculations.

Miguel has been a Public Adjuster since 1996. He oversees the Research and Development Department while assisting with direct marketing to prospective clients. Miguel has over 20 years experience in managing the direct marketing aspects of the public adjusting industry.
Deborah Hardy
Office Manager
Deborah is originally from Ohio, where she graduated from Lumen Cordium High School in Bedford. She studied criminal justice at Case Western Reserve University and has over 30 years of extensive experience in the legal field before joining Metro in 2017. Deborah worked her way from receptionist to office manager through dedication and hard work.
Manny Dinglas
Claims Manager
Manny grew up in Ventura County and received double bachelor's degrees in Elementary Education and Christian Theology. He transitioned into the Insurance industry in 2007, adjusting claims for Mercury Insurance, State Farm, AAA of Southern California, and Ameriprise Insurance.

Senior Claims Adjuster
Prior to becoming a public insurance adjuster in 1999, Scott served as a U.S. Army Unit Supply Specialist stationed at Fort Hood, Texas. He was honorably discharged, receiving the Army Commendation Medal and Army Achievement Medal. Scott is proficient in Xactimate and is a long-time member of NAPIA.
Henry Nahabedian
Senior Claims Adjuster
Henry has been in the insurance and construction industries for over 25 years. With his educational background in engineering, Henry brings a vast knowledge base in resolving complex commercial and residential claims and major catastrophe claims across the United States.
Nicholas Nguyen
Senior Claims Adjuster
After obtaining his Business Economic/Finance degree, Nicholas worked for large insurance companies for over 15 years before joining Metropolitan in January 2007. He has successfully handled fire, hurricane, earthquake, flood, vandalism, theft, and water damage claims throughout the United States.
Haykaz Kyurkchyan
Claims Adjuster
Based in Los Angeles for over 20 years, Haykaz holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance along with AIC, AIS, and AINS designations. He spent several years as a claims adjuster with Mercury Insurance, Liberty Mutual, and State Farm before becoming a public adjuster.
Marc C. Slack
Executive Large Loss Adjuster
A native of California, Marc received his general contracting license in 1987 and has been working in construction and estimating for over 35 years. His background in construction gives him a unique perspective on the estimating and negotiation process. Marc joined Metropolitan in 2024.
Ryan Nahmias
Claims Adjuster & Head of Marketing
Ryan earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Chapman University. His father is the President of the company and his grandfather founded it. Ryan excels in getting clients at least a 40% better settlement from the claims process. He is extremely detail-oriented and people-oriented.
Matthew Foster
Claims Adjuster
Matthew began his career with Metropolitan in 2017 as a research and development assistant while completing his bachelor's degree at California State University, Northridge. He holds CAPM and PMP Certificates from UC San Diego and is a member of the Project Management Institute.

Jeffrey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge. He has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, including 15 years at State Farm Insurance. He has also worked for Farmers Insurance, Progressive Insurance, and Unitrin Specialty.
Jose Villalpando
Loss Consultant / Claims Adjuster
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Jose started his career with a Water Damage Company in 2009, rising to Lead Technician and Project Manager. He handled large contracts for Boeing, Raytheon, and Northrop Grumman. He now specializes in fire and water damage claims.

Andrew proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. After the Corps, he joined the Arizona Department of Corrections, gaining valuable communication skills. In 2024, he joined Metropolitan and went back to school to pursue a degree while working in the R&D department.

R&D / Inventory Specialist
In 1992, Jose began working in the insurance industry with a restoration company. In 1994, he was recruited to head a Research & Development department and was trained as a Contents Loss Recovery Consultant. He joined Metropolitan in 2006.
Oscar Sandoval
R&D / Inventory Specialist
Oscar is a research and development specialist with a focus on being detailed and thorough. With over 30 years of experience in the customer service industry, from serving tables to running a warehouse, he has developed a strong set of skills and a proven track record.
Chris Gonzalez
Residential & Commercial Claims Estimator
Chris started in construction during high school, then worked for Spectra Company on historical restoration projects including the Hoover Dam and El Capitan Theatre. He holds IICRC certifications in mold, lead, and water extraction remediation.

With an impressive tenure of 45 years in the accounting field, her experience spans management, tax returns, and payroll. Her profound dedication to her work is evident in the way she approaches each task with precision and care.

Administrative Assistant
Philis joined MAB with over 15 years of office support experience. She is a San Fernando Valley native who loves helping the citizens of Los Angeles. Her role includes supporting both the Adjusters and Sales Team.

Matthew attended Los Angeles Valley College, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Marketing. He has more than a decade of experience in management and customer service. He joined Metropolitan in February 2024.

'Patty' worked in computer sales for six years before joining Metropolitan in 2005. She has also worked with Univision Television setting airtime.
Christine M. Zapp
Client / Bank Liaison
Christine is a native of Southern California. She joined the entertainment industry in the mid-1990s before joining Metropolitan in 2020. She works closely with homeowners and mortgage companies throughout the insurance claim process as it pertains to loss drafts. Christine is a Notary Public.
